The Role As a Contentious Probate Senior Associate Solicitor or Partner, you will: Manage a varied caseload of inheritance disputes, will challenges and trust litigation Assist with the growth and development of the contentious probate team Work closely with senior colleagues on complex matters and business development initiatives Receive ongoing support, training and mentoring to support your advancement About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be a Qualified Solicitor 5 with solid experience in contentious probate Be confident managing files independently, while collaborating as part of a team Possess excellent client care, communication and organisational skills ACTAPS accreditation or progression toward it would be highly advantageous What’s on Offer?
