Job Description
We have been exclusively retained to appoint a Partnership Director for a West Midlands based IFM contract. Our client is a global FM, Project and Workplace services business that operates in both public & private sector and is widely renowned as a top tier FM co.
We are looking for a strategically minded, customer facing account lead to manage and develop FM services across a number of highly complex sites. Key accountabilities as below
* Financial and commercial accountability for a large P&L (20mil+)
* Developing strategic relationships with board level stake holders
* Leadership of a multi disciplinary service team
* Ensuring contractual compliance
* Upskilling the management team and developing succession plans
* Using technology and analytics to constantly improve service delivery
* Driving performance and efficiency initiatives
* Developing contract scope identifying commercial growth opportunities
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high profile and complex site, experience of life sciences, pharma, laboratory, health, defence or manufacturing would be highly advantageous, as would a background delivering technical maintenance services.
