Key Responsibilities

* Conveyancing Assistant to administrative support to conveyancers throughout residential property transactions

* Opening new files, conducting ID checks and preparing initial documentation

\n
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
\n
\n
* Ordering searches and assisting with the preparation of contract packs

\n
* Managing inbound and outbound correspondence

\n
* Updating case management systems accurately
\n
\n
* Assisting with exchange and completion administration
\n
\n
* Undertaking general office duties to support the team
