Key Responsibilities
The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring a great experience for both our team and guests. You will:
* Support the management team across the restaurant with a passion for our food.
* Promote a happy team and guest experience as core principles.
* Lead engaging shifts, ensuring top-quality food service.
* Develop the team to achieve excellence.
* Be proficient in all kitchen sections, including fish cutting, rice cooking, sushi rolling, and daily kitchen prep.
* Continuously improve food quality while maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
