About Our Client
My client is a large manufacturing organisation based in Coventry looking for a full time or part time Administrator.
Job Description
3. Update and maintain filing systems
4. Manage office purchasing and supplies
5. Coordination and maintenance of office IT equipment
6. Work with the manager to develop content inline with brand strategy
7. Co-ordinate Facilities and Maintenance contractors as required
8. Handle dispatch notes, shipments and invoices
9. Deal with a variety of different queries from customer, suppliers and sales manager
10. Raise CC warranty forms - follow until closed
11. Prepare, organise and reconcile weekly parts deliveries to ensure engineers have adequate stock to complete repairs, liaising with purchasing & procurement team
12. Produce accurate reports on vehicle status' for circulation to customers highlighting priorities and facilitate decision making
13. Can commute to Coventry

14. Experience as an Administrator
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
16. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
