If you are an Architect who is confident in your Building Regulation knowledge then you will progress very well within this field. You will join an established team whilst you manage and track design compliance, across their extensive project portfolio.

Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD)
Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this.
Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) Requirements
Confident in your Building Regulation/Control knowledge (required)
Minimum of 4 years of Project experience post ARB / RIBA / ACIAT certification (required)
Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / MCIAT (preferred)
Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)What will you get in return?
