We are seeking a Managing Director to lead the execution of our vision and strategy. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will have full operational responsibility for our company’s growth, from owning the commercial performance to overseeing service delivery and managing our talented product team. As the MD, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company, delivering business objectives, and ensuring our solutions stay ahead of regulatory trends in data protection and compliance. Drive the implementation of the strategy set by the Board of Directors. O versee the company’s approach to GDPR, data protection laws, AI compliance, and other regulatory frameworks. Drive the commercial performance of the business in both new client acquisition and net revenue retention. Take ownership of financial performance, budgeting, and key performance metrics.
~ Actively contribute to business development, identifying opportunities to expand our market presence globally. Ensure that the company’s commercial activities are strategically aligned to support rapid growth.
Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role, such as CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent, within a startup or fast-paced growth environment.
~ Deep knowledge and experience in compliance, especially in GDPR, data protection, and AI-related regulations.
~ Financial and operational acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
~ Strong ethical standards, with a commitment to regulatory excellence.
While the role is primarily remote, the ideal candidate would be open to spending one day per week in our Brighton office.
