About the Role As a Teaching Partner, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and pupils throughout the school day. Your responsibilities may include: Providing 1:1 and small‑group support Helping to deliver engaging lessons and activities Supporting pupils with additional learning needs Assisting with classroom management and organisation Creating a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment Assignments vary, giving you the chance to work in different school settings and year groups.
