We are looking for a motivated and ambitious SHE Advisor to join our team on the TKRE framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Role Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership, advice, and support to project teams on all SHE matters.
2. Support and embed Morgan Sindall’s Protecting People Commitment across the project.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant SHE legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.
4. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, striving for best practice.
5. Lead, advise, and support management teams, employees, and supply chain partners.
6. Provide coordination and leadership within the business unit SHEQ function.
7. Report accurately and effectively on SHEQ performance and key metrics.
8. Support and mentor less experienced members of the SHEQ team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
