o To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward

The Requirements
o The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
o Experience with managing large teams is a must
o You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
o The successful General Manager will have Gastro pub with Rooms background or Hotel with events background
o An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
o Must come from high-volume background
