HR Systems and Data Administrator - 12-month FTC
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £31,500 p/a
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is partnering with a large public sector organisation in Birmingham to recruit a HR Systems and Data Administrator for their Workforce Planning Team on a 12-month basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Input and maintain training schedules within the rostering system, ensuring staff receive required training while maintaining operational cover.
2. Monitor employee absences and vacancies to ensure training availability, considering skills, rank, and fire engine type.
3. Process and manage complex amendments to employee records accurately.
4. Support the Workforce Planning Team with systems such as UKG and Oracle, including staff moves, leave, payments, and tickets.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong IT skills, with experience using software packages, including Excel.
2. Ability to handle large amounts of manual and computerized information with care and confidentiality.
3. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
4. Previous experience in staffing or rostering.
