CRM Manager - Online Gaming & Sports Betting
Salary: £40,000-£45,000, up to £50,000 for the right person
Location: Fully Remote - must be freelance or via third-party partner
I'm working with an established international gaming and sportsbook brand to recruit a CRM Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid CRM experience in iGaming to take on a role that blends strategy and hands-on delivery, with direct exposure to the CEO and CMO.
The role will involve:
* Planning, building, and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app.
* Delivering 30+ campaigns per week, including HTML set-up, testing, and deployment.
* Using segmentation and insights to improve engagement and retention.
* Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and recommending improvements.
* Running A/B tests to optimise campaigns.
* Supporting onboarding of new casino operators and games, and building out automated lifecycle journeys.
What we're looking for:
* 2-3+ years' CRM experience, with iGaming strongly preferred.
* Confident communicator, able to present to C-suite.
* Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and proactive.
* Mentoring experience would be a bonus, but people management is not essential.
