Primary Mainstream Supply Teacher – Bournemouth

This is a great opportunity for Early Careers Teachers to gain more experience or for experienced teachers to have flexible work, which starts immediately.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support pupils’ learning and respond to any immediate needs.
Supervise both whole-class and small-group activities across subjects.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and expectations.
Provide feedback on student progress to senior leadership or regular class teachers.
Requirements:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and confidently.
A flexible, professional, and positive approach to education.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Experience across different key stages is advantageous.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
