Job Description

Your responsibilities include the following:
* Execute transient transfection experiments in mammalian cell systems (CHO, HEK293 etc.)
* Monitor cell growth and viability; maintain cell cultures under aseptic conditions
* Perform DNA preparations to generate high-quality plasmid material suitable for mammalian cell transfection
* Carry out basic antibody quantification and characterization (e.g., ELISA, SDS-PAGE, UV absorbance)
* Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to documentation of results
* Coordinate with other teams to plan production based on reagent needs
* Support lab maintenance and ordering of consumables
* Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced research environment

Our expectations:
* BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
* 2+ years of industrial hands-on lab experience with mammalian cell culture and protein expression preferred
* Familiarity with aseptic technique and basic analytical methods such as ELISA and SDS-PAGE
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic research team
