Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis)
Salary £34,853 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Multi Skilled Operative
* As multi skilled Operative, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
* Multi skilling across various trades to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers homes. This includes repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.
* Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
* Working in our properties across Essex. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.
