This is a MULTI Lingual role. A Candidate must speak at least 3 languages: English & French & German; English & French & Dutch; or English & German & Dutch.
Our client is hiring for additional roles within their Multi-lingual speaking Customer Experience Team due to their rapid company growth. This could be a Multi Lingual Veterinary Nurse.
A Customer Experience Representative focuses on quality interactions, aiming to enhance every experience for all, regardless of if they are new customer or part of our loyal customer base. The role will focus on delivering a great service to both our internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to join a medical and veterinary supplies company.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound inquiries efficiently, with a customer-centric approach.
* Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
* Utilize Microsoft Office tools and SAP.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
Qualifications
* Ability to speak at least three languages from English, French, German, and Dutch, per the role's requirements.
* Experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is desirable.
