A highly respected and award-winning law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2-4 years' PQE) to join its thriving Dispute Resolution team based in Tunbridge Wells. The Opportunity
You will be joining a collaborative and highly experienced team, working alongside several ex-City lawyers who bring top-tier expertise to a broad and diverse client base. The firm's Commercial Litigation team acts for a wide range of clients, including SMEs, major corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and public sector organisations.
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial disputes, including:
* Commercial and Corporate disputes
* Contractual disputes
* Construction disputes
* Insurance disputes
* Professional negligence
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Company and corporate governance issues
* Insolvency-related litigation
* Property and real estate disputes

The Ideal Candidate
* 2-4 years' PQE gained within a recognised commercial litigation practice
* Strong technical litigation skills and a commercially pragmatic approach
* Excellent client handling and business development abilities
* A proactive and team-oriented attitude
* Desire to work on high-quality matters outside of the City, without compromising on complexity or calibre of work
