Role: Exams Coordinator
Location: Greater Manchester
Type: Full Time Temporary:
Rate: £20 - £25 per hour
Eden Brown are currently recruiting an exams coordinator on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.
This is a full time, temporary role to start as soon as possible where you'll play a vital role in ensuring exams run smoothly from start to finish.
What you'll do:
* Coordinate exam admin across multiple awarding bodies
* Register students, input achievements, and manage exam timetables
* Handle results, certificates, and exam day logistics
* Liaise with staff, students, invigilators, and awarding organisations
* Support compliance with JCQ, DfE and internal policies
* Help train staff and maintain top-tier service standards
You'll need:
Excellent attention to detail and admin skills
Great communication and organisation
Experience in education or exam processes
Confidence with systems like ProSolution
A DBS will also be needed for this role. If you do not have a current DBS Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
