Temporary Office Administrator (Purchasing) Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing stock orders, contacting suppliers and using internal databases to maintain inventory
Raising purchase orders and tracking items via Excel
Overseeing incoming and outgoing deliveries
Organising and storing deliveries correctly
Creating engineer packs and preparing supplies
Assisting with vehicle and fleet management to include movement, and relocation tasks

Temporary Office Administrator (Purchasing) Experience Essentials
Previous administration experience gained in a supply chain, purchasing or fleet management capacity
Confident in using Excel and managing inventory records
Practical experience in stock control or logistics is a plus
Valid UK Driving Licence is essential
The role will involve lifting and moving stock and deliveries

This role is based near Didcot, in South Oxfordshire. Parking is available on site.
