Do you want to work in a rewarding environment where you can truly make a difference each and everyday? Do you want to work in a fast paced team environment where no day is the same?
As well as being able to lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, we'll look to you to provide outstanding, personalised care to our residents, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first and finding new ways to enrich their lives.
You’ll be managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities whilst effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas. Competent in creating and developing strong internal and external relationships, you’ll play an important role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
For this role you will need to become registered with the regulator and, you also may occasionally be required to work out of hours or evenings.
The Arkley has been purpose‑built to achieve quality nursing and residential care packages, welcoming both short and longer‑term stays. Carers are experienced in palliative and post-operative convalescence care, as well as in helping younger adults with a physical disability. This modern home has a spacious interior with many pleasing aesthetics. A glass‑domed central atrium is ideal for socialising in, while there is a choice of lounges and an on‑site hairdressing salon. The home is situated within beautiful landscaped gardens and residents can enjoy the use of a patio area and relaxing sensory garden.
Bupa is a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer. This means we aim to offer an interview/assessment to every disabled applicant who meets the minimum criteria for the role. We’ll make sure you are treated fairly and offer reasonable adjustments as part of our recruitment process to anyone that needs them.
