📝 Job Overview

Salary: £43,000

Location: Based in Woking, with travel to Aylesbury, Luton, and Hove

Driving License: Required

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (no weekends or bank holidays)


What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

* Assess and review individual care packages
* Provide practical training to care workers
* Conduct clinical supervisions and offer guidance
* Collaborate with healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
* Engage with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
* Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis


🎓 Qualifications

To excel in this rewarding role, you will need:

* A dual Registered Nurse qualification
* Experience in ICU/HDU or complex care
* A self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate attitude
