Overview
Valpak are currently looking for some temporary support to assist during an exceptionally busy time. Starting on Tuesday, 8th September until 3rd October, we are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the team on a 1-month hybrid contract.
The Compliance Administrator will be committed to providing exceptional administrative support. A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise tasks, the ideal candidate will be confident working in both a busy team environment and on their own initiative. Strong organisational and communication skills are imperative. The Compliance Administrator will be positive, proactive and enthusiastic, have a sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a team.
You will be supporting the Compliance Services department with administrative tasks including:
Responsibilities
* Verification form chasing calls & emails
* Recycle More inbox cover
* Sending and logging verification forms
* Contact changes & other easy admin queries
Requirements
You will be task driven and confident working with MS Excel (experience of analysing and manipulating large volumes of data is desirable) experience gained during education or employment. In addition, you will also have:
* An outstanding eye for detail with a drive to provide exceptional administration support
* Customer focused with strong communication skills
* Customer focused with drive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Capability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload
* Able to work well under pressure
* Able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly and learn and develop in an ever changing company
* IT literate: Word, Excel and Access
* Educated to a minimum of A Level or equivalent
