This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (typically 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

Overview
WHAT'S THE ROLE?
The Senior LQA Tester leads localisation QA efforts across multiple projects when possible. The role mentors junior team members, coordinates with localisation and development teams, and ensures that localisation testing is thorough, timely, and aligned with project milestones.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead the planning and execution of LQA across supported languages.
* Coordinate with the Localisation team to align testing with translation updates.
* Review and refine test suites and documentation for external testers.
* Identify risks and trends in localisation quality and communicate them to stakeholders.
* Ensure localisation QA is integrated into the broader QA and development process.
* Provide feedback to improve localisation workflows and tools.
* Mentor junior LQA staff and support their development.
What you’ll bring
* Significant experience in QA localisation or multilingual content testing and a proven understanding of QA tools, procedures, methodologies and workflows.
* Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Strong understanding of localisation workflows, tools, and standards.
* Experience aligning testing with requirements, managing priorities and successfully collaborating across disciplines/teams.
* Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
Bonus if you have
* Familiarity with localisation tools, pipelines, and internationalisation standards.
* Experience with console and PC development environments.
* Games industry experience.
* Proven ability to manage people.
