Marketing Coordinator

You’ll play a key part in bringing innovative music and pro‑audio products to market across Europe and EMEA. You’ll work closely with a dynamic marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and exciting collaborations with artists, influencers, and industry partners.


The role will involve:

* Product & Artist Relations: Manage marketing stock, coordinate product loans, and support artist/influencer seeding campaigns.
* Social Media & Content: Assist in running Pro Audio channels across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X, and help identify influencer partnerships.
* Press & PR: Coordinate press releases, develop marketing assets, and help ensure campaigns land with maximum impact.
* Partnerships & Events: Support agreements, contracts, and usage rights for collaborations with artists, venues, and partners.
* Marketing Operations: Track budgets, assist with reporting, and provide essential admin support to keep campaigns running smoothly.


What We’re Looking For:

* A Marketing degree or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in marketing or coordination within a commercial, creative, or tech‑driven environment
* Highly organised, detail‑orientated, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
* A proactive team player who can also work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
