1. Basic salary up to £34k DOE plus bonus on top
2. Monday to Friday, with Saturday working

What you’ll be doing as an Assistant Centre Manager:
8. Supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop
9. Making sure customers receive excellent service and leave happy
10. Supervising and helping out technicians and fast fit staff
11. Managing appointment schedules and workflow in the workshop
12. Keeping everything safe and compliant with health and safety standards
13. Promoting additional services and helping meet sales targets
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
14. Experience working in a fast fit or automotive service environment
15. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
16. Good organisational and communication skills
17. Strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service
18. Technical knowledge, ideally with some supervisory or technician experience
19. A full driving licence
