Associate Lecturer - Hair, Beauty, Health and Early Years Beauty Therapy

As a lecturer in the Hair, Beauty, Health, and Early Years team, you will be involved in delivering outstanding Teaching, Learning, and Assessment across various programmes. The role primarily focuses on teaching, learning, assessment, and related administrative tasks such as preparing and delivering Plans of Learning, marking, and working within the Quality Framework for associated Awarding Organisations.
You may also participate in wider team activities such as student interviews, open evenings, tasters, and advice sessions. You will be involved in the learners' journey from induction to course completion, supporting Course Leaders with quality systems like Self-Assessment monitoring, internal moderation/verification, and standardization activities. You may also serve as a personal tutor for learners.
You are expected to undertake CPD as appropriate to your role to ensure learners benefit from up-to-date industry skills and practices, enabling their progression into meaningful employment or higher education.
