Full-Time, Alternate Saturdays
We are looking for a full-time Stores Person for our North Walsham branch. This position also requires deliveries being made between other branches in the region, so you will need to have a full driver’s licence with no more than 3 points on it.
Daily duties include:
* Working closely with all members of staff within the branch ensuring orders are picked correctly, efficiently and accurately.
* Loading and unloading of deliveries manually
* Picking and sorting deliveries
* Speaking with suppliers and also other branches over the phone regarding stock
* Some driving duties so valid driver’s licence required
* Must be literate and numerate
* Have some computer skills for use of computerised system (training will be given)
* Previous experience within warehouse environment
* Must be aged over 25 years due to our insurers' requirements.
* Full manual driving licence to have no more than 3 points on it
* Knowledge of car parts would be helpful but not essential
