Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities. Conduct thorough market research and due diligence. Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations to housebuilder clients. Negotiate terms and manage the acquisition process from start to finish. Skills and Experience required: Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the viability of land opportunities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the UK property market; knowledge of the Middle East market is advantageous.
