An outstanding secondary school in Wolverhampton is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting children with additional needs, providing academic support in lessons, and delivering interventions where required. Job Role:
1. Providing one-to-one support for students who need additional help with their learning
2. Leading small group interventions to improve engagement and progress
3. Assisting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons where required
4. Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
5. Supporting students with special educational needs or those who require additional guidance
6. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
Requirements:
7. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)
8. Experience working with secondary school students
9. A patient, supportive, and proactive approach to learning support
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills
11. A passion for education and helping students succeed
