About the Role
RACQ Maroochydore is looking for a fun, energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. Experience is not necessary, but sales experience is desirable and a willingness to learn is important. We will provide comprehensive, tailored training to set you up for success.
As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members by delivering tailored solutions across assistance, insurance, and banking products and services.
* Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 + Super + Penalty Rates!
* Rostered between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and 9:15 am – 12:15 pm every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.
About you:
Customer service and a desire to help are key. We seek applicants who love helping others, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.
You will be eager to learn, comfortable dealing face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude. Strong written, verbal, and communication skills are essential.
