The programme provides up to 12 months of tailored support to help individuals move into sustainable employment.
As an Employment Advisor, you will manage a caseload of participants, supporting them on their journey into work. Provide coaching, advice, and constructive challenge to develop employability skills
Identify suitable job opportunities, training, and development pathways
Signpost customers to appropriate local support services (e.g. housing, health, benefits)
Meet performance targets, KPIs, and compliance requirements
Experience providing one-to-one support, coaching, or mentoring
