What will you be doing?
You will spend most of your time in our Workshop maintaining vehicles to high standards, conducting inspections, repairs, and services, and liaising with Service Advisors and Customers.
You’ll ensure all Vehicle Health Checks are completed, paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
You will be responsible for completing jobs within agreed timeframes and maintaining high productivity. Diagnostics, analysis, and road testing are also critical to exceeding Customer expectations.
The key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining technical knowledge and complying with manufacturer training requirements.
* Ensuring high efficiency (hours sold vs. hours attended).
* Upholding quality standards and minimizing repeat repairs.
* Maintaining a clean work area, tools, and equipment, and complying with health and safety regulations.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
* A relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3) in Vehicle Repair.
* Diagnostic and fault-finding experience (desirable).
* A full UK driving license.
* A flexible approach, ability to meet deadlines, and work as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Health and Safety awareness.
