Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, an expert in food quality and standards, and capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.
Ideal candidates will:
* Support and motivate your team to uphold high standards
* Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Understand food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
