The Patient Experience Team works closely with all the services within the trust to collect feedback from patients who use our services. The post holder will support teams with collecting feedback, assist with analysing feedback to enable improvement, and help ensure patients have a positive experience.
The post holder will engage daily with patients, families and staff by telephone, face-to-face, email, or during ward visits, demonstrating a high level of empathy and understanding towards patients, relatives and carers. The post holder will support the recruitment and day-to-day management of volunteers who form part of the Patient Experience Team.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Patient Advice & Liaison (PALS), patient experience coordinators, patient experience administrator and volunteers.
* Be aligned to 2 collaboratives and support the collection of patient feedback via surveys, face-to-face interactions, focus groups and patient stories.
* Assist services with the development of surveys and patient experience tools used by the trust for collecting and reporting patient feedback.
* Support the Patient Experience Manager with the recruitment and day-to-day line management of volunteers and monitoring training compliance.
