We’re recruiting Teaching Assistants for a brand-new SEND secondary school in Chaldon, which opened in September 2025. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a school from day one and help shape a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. About the School The provision supports students aged 11–16 with needs linked to autism, social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. With small class sizes, high staff-to-student ratios, and access to a multi-disciplinary team, pupils receive personalised support through a curriculum aligned with the national curriculum. This is a permanent role, mainly based in Redhill, with occasional flexibility to support a nearby satellite provision in Caterham. Your Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting pupils’ learning, wellbeing, and development, helping to create a calm, structured, and supportive environment.
