We are recruiting for a driven, commercially aware Contracts Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment contracts across Yorkshire, covering Selby, Harrogate, Richmond and surrounding areas. The Role As a Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will manage multiple sites, lead operational teams, and take ownership of performance, client relationships and commercial outcomes.
