The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section within a well-organised, high-performing kitchen. You will work closely with an experienced Head Chef and strong leadership team, contributing to seasonal menu changes and maintaining consistency across all services.
You will:
* Run your section confidently at 2AA Rosette level
* Deliver clean, precise, flavour-driven dishes
* Maintain excellent mise en place and organisation
* Support junior chefs and uphold brigade standards
* Contribute to a professional, positive kitchen culture

* Strong foundations in modern British cooking

Rosette experience is advantageous but not essential for the right chef with strong fundamentals and attitude.

* £32,000–£34,000 base salary
* Circa £8,000–£10,000 annual tronc (well-established system)
* 45-hour contract | 4-day working week
