Our client, a leading UK multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team in Shrewsbury. With over 270 staff across 8 offices, they provide integrated services in building surveying, architecture, interior design, and project management.
Working predominantly on project-focused commercial work, this role offers the opportunity to lead on refurbishments, fit-outs, and new build schemes across a varied client base. The position offers excellent scope for progression within a growing national practice.
Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview
* Leading project delivery across commercial refurbishment and development schemes
* Producing specifications, tender documentation, and administering contracts
* Carrying out condition surveys, technical due diligence and reporting
* Supporting junior staff and assisting in APC mentorship
* Maintaining and growing client relationships
Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements
* MRICS qualified
* Experience in commercial sector projects
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Based within commuting distance of Shrewsbury
* Full UK driving licence
