Role: Sub-contractor planner Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 13:00 Salary: Between £30,000.00 - £43,143.45 pa DOE We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sub-contractor Planner to coordinate and manage vehicle sub-contract work with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Include Planning and allocating jobs to approved sub-contractors Monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery Liaising with internal teams to maintain smooth operations Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company standards Supporting onboarding of new sub-contractors and implementing planning software What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Experience in logistics coordination and contractor management Proficiency in MS Office and planning tools Flexibility to travel across the UK We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
