Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging, and well-structured lessons that stretch, challenge, and support all learners in Year 5. - Use a strong understanding of the upper KS2 curriculum to deliver creative and ambitious learning experiences. - Monitor, assess, and track progress, using data to inform planning and ensure every pupil makes strong academic gains. - Differentiate effectively to support pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs. - Establish a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where pupils feel valued, confident, and motivated.
