Job Description We are looking for a Beauty Consultant to represent our brand at Harrods, on a 2-day-per-week contract.
General duties
Always provide an excellent level of customer service.
Actively traffic stop to attract new customers and build brand awareness.
Provide makeup and skincare consultations as per Company and Store requirements.
Meet artistry expectations and have good artistry techniques while relaying the BY TERRY message.
Book appointments and build ongoing client loyalty. This includes customer database building for BY TERRY specifically as well as store databases to meet both Company and Store KPI expectations. Customers should be contacted regularly to check on how products are working and invite to events.
Ensure the counter is adequately stocked with products, keeping an eye on stock levels throughout the day. To communicate with your manager regarding out of or low stocks and to replenishing where necessary and to ensure products are displayed within current company guidelines.
Maintain the counter by cleaning surfaces and display areas daily with provided cleaning materials. Ensuring all consultation areas are always clean and ready to use.
