ASSISTANT MANAGER | FASHION | BICESTER VILLAGE| UP TO £55,000 Our client is a fashion brand now seeking a Assistant Manager for their new store opening in Bicester Village. Our client is a global fashion brand, with a strong online presence comprising of both ladies and mens ready to wear. This role will initially be a 6 month contract.
The Assistant Manager candidate will have a natural passion for fashion and trends, be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results driven to support the GeneralStore Manager.

Assistant Manager role:
Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team reflects brand values in all interactions.
Manages store operations with financial responsibility and integrity.
Shares strong product knowledge with the sales team to enhance expertise.
Conducts ongoing market research and competitor analysis.
Ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service by all team members.
Supports and motivates Retail Associates to achieve store goals.
Assists in developing and executing business plans to drive performance and growth.
Monitors sales performance and provides regular coaching and feedback.
Builds customer loyalty through a standout in-store experience.
Our Assistant Manager will have/be:
Previous experience in a retail management role
The salary for the Assistant Manager is up to £55,000 depending on your experience plus bonus, benefits and a generous clothing allowance and staff discount.
