Your job is simple: bring exceptional people into the network.
The role
* Generate and qualify franchise opportunities across the UK
* Engage entrepreneurs, operators and investors
* Assess commercial capability and financial readiness
* Communicate the model, numbers and expectations clearly
* Build a strong pipeline of serious candidates
You
* Natural hunter, proactive, driven, commercially sharp
* Comfortable discussing investment, margins and growth
* Strong judgement, you know who to back
* Background in franchise, property, recruitment, brokerage or high-value B2
