We are a small family business looking to take on an Experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman with with an extensive industry background, skills and knowledge.
We are based in Gravesend & Faversham, Kent, and our works are across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London.
We have a large amount of upcoming projects and we need to extend our team further.
The Role
Each day is different so you need to be capable at completing a variety of works.
To carry out reactive and refurbishment work, carpentry, tiling, flooring, decorating, plastering, kitchen refits and more, to commercial buildings
To carry out fault finding and investigation
To carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigation
Able to work effectively as part of a team and individually
To complete reports and paperwork as required
Must keep safe, clean & tidy work space at all times
NVQ qualified in an area of building works
Key Requirements
Various building works to be completed to a high standard i.e - plastering, wood work, kitchen fitting, flooring, damp proofing and general building works.
Clean Full UK driving licence
A minimum of 10 years experience
PTS is desirable however this training can be given.
A minimum of 2 references will be required
Clean and tidy appearance
COMPANY VEHICLE CAN BE SUPPLIED
English speaking
We only require team members that take pride in their presentation and work.
We work within the commercial railway sector,drug and alcohol testings will be conducted at regular intervals.
A portfolio with pictures of previous works completed will be requested. Ideally commercial works, applications without this will be rejected.
Rates of pay will be discussed depending on experience.

Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day
