Solicitor – Private Client Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Oxted Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm An established and expanding law firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its busy Private Client department. The firm offers a friendly, professional, and supportive working environment and is looking for a like-minded individual keen to develop their experience across a broad range of Private Client matters. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered, provided they have a minimum of 2 years’ dedicated Private Client experience. The Role: The Private Client Solicitor will provide high-quality legal advice and services across a broad range of Private Client matters, including Estate Planning, Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The role involves working closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions while maintaining excellent client service and high professional standards.
