Do you have a passion for supporting children with emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)?We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join a dedicated team making a real difference in young lives across the Liverpool vicinity.What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality care and support to children with EBD in a residential setting
Lead by example, supporting junior staff and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
Work proactively to manage challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews
Participate in sleep-in shifts and follow a consistent 1 on / 2 off rota
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent (essential)
Strong experience in a residential childcare setting (essential)
A compassionate, resilient, and professional approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
