Adecco are recruiting for an Administrator to join Cheshire Police at their Ellesmere Port Police Station. £12.55 per hour This is a temporary role until March 2026 Working 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday Fully Office based This role is a busy and varied Administrator role supporting the front line at Ellesmere Port Station. You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products You must be confident in working on your own in a busy working environment Your role is to support the front line staff and officers at this busy station, in ordering goods and services and ensuring stock levels are maintained You will be dealing with internal and external partners. This is not a sedentary role and there is no lift in the building* There may be an a requirement at times to work from another location, but you will be able to claim expenses for any additional travelDuties include: issuing lockers, ordering stationery, checking, putting it away and GRN goods received, issuing petty cash, ordering forms and issuing daybooks and pocket note books, reporting issues via our internal Estates department, dealing with contractors and other associated duties. *This role will include some more physical responsibilities - such as dealing with mail, taking in deliveries and reception duties. The station has 3 flights of stairs and no lift, therefore you must be physically able to go up and down numerous times throughout the day. Full training will be given.
