About The Role

ARAG UK have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy and friendly ATE (After The Event Insurance) Underwriting team.

In this entry level role the successful applicant can expect to be responsible for the provision of general administrative support, including the provision of management information reports, to the ATE function, including Sales and Account Management. You will play a key role in helping the function run smoothly and meet company objectives by supporting your colleagues, business partners and customers.

Whilst no prior experience is required, we are looking for candidates who can work well within a team and have a working knowledge of Excel and other Office365 applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate good levels of literacy and numeracy, and a good standard of written and verbal communication is required in order to communicate successfully with colleagues and customers. There will be degree of working on repetitive administrative tasks and attention to detail is also essential in this role. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive team, and you can expect full training and development to help you meet your full potential.

About You

Whilst experience is not essential, we are keen to hear from candidates with the ability and enthusiasm to provide competent administrative support. It’s therefore important to us that the successful candidate is able to communicate information in a clear and professional manner.
