6m Contract - Electrical CAD Designer – Siemens NX

We’re looking for a highly capable Electrical CAD Designer to support our advanced motorsport and high-performance vehicle programmes on an Inside IR35 contract or a 6 month FTC role in our team.
Core Requirements
* Expert Siemens NX user – 3D harness routing and electrical packaging experience essential.
* Motorsport or Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) background
* Proven ability to work within extremely tight packaging tolerances
* Designing within and around composite enclosures and structures.
* Familiarity with system 25, motorsport-grade connectors, sensors, and assemblies.
Role Summary:
* 3D routing of complex wiring looms within confined vehicle packaging spaces.
* Integration of electrical systems into composite structures.
* Collaboration with mechanical and electrical teams to resolve clashes and optimise routing.
* Delivery of robust, lightweight, production-ready CAD data and manufacturing drawings.

* 6 month contract position, MK based, mostly on-site.
* Immediate start available.
* Rate dependent on experience.
* Only candidates with NX and relevant motorsport/SVO experience will be considered.
