Job Description

3. Coordinate and manage learning and development programmes across the organisation.
4. Support the delivery of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
5. Maintain and update training records and learning management systems.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend solutions.
7. Organise and schedule training sessions, including liaising with external providers.
8. Track and report on training outcomes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
9. Provide administrative support for the Human Resources team as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends to contribute to innovative learning solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Learning and Development Coordinator should have:

11. Knowledge working in a Human Resources or learning and development role within professional services or a related field.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in using learning management systems and other HR tools.
14. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
17. A positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional growth.

What's on Offer

18. Salary range: £32,000 - £37,000, depending on knowledge.
19. Hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week in the Birmingham office.
20. 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave.
